@dSKyNafinchin I just want to know if someone out there can actually help me. This whole experience has led me to believe that the community and ea does not care. I also don’t want to spend more money on a game with the fear of this happening again. Thank you for your time.
@REE_IM_A_COWBOY I understand the frustration, but it is not their fault. You clicked the wrong thing. Unfortunately, you will not be able to get a refund. Not from EA and not from Respawn. Just pay attention in the future and be sure to click on the currency that you are wanting to spend. You shouldn't fear this happening again, as it was not a glitch that caused it. Click on the correct currency, and the issue is null and void. Best of luck to you, in the future!
- @dSKyNafinchin what would you do if you used the wrong credit card on an Amazon order? Wouldn’t you ask for a refund and they would understand? I’m so frustrated at this point I’m done asking for help. Please reply
