@dSKyNafinchin I just want to know if someone out there can actually help me. This whole experience has led me to believe that the community and ea does not care. I also don’t want to spend more money on a game with the fear of this happening again. Thank you for your time.
@REE_IM_A_COWBOY This is not the first time someone had a similar issue with you (mostly wrong heirloom picked threads). Unfortunately, if you already bought it, nothing can be done. You can refund your money through your bank but you’ll be risking your account getting banned. Just be careful next time when buying not just in Apex but also in other games if you decide to move on.
