Apex wrongful ban!

I need to speak to a developer or someone real in support staff as my account was wrongfully banned on September 16, 2024. I have over 1000 hours on the game, 4 heirlooms, and had spent hundreds of dollars on the game. I did not play for almost a week and came back to ban. I have never cheated in any game and I only que with full parties and on the rare occasion I do not have a full party I do not use in-game voice chat. So there is no reason I should be banned. I have filed multiple disputes on this ban and they have all been declined; however, I have yet to be told the exact reason I have been banned. This is ridiculous. Why in the world would I cheat or do anything to get banned when I have over 1000 hours on the game and spent that much money. That does not make any sense. I need someone to tell me how to move forward with this as I refuse to let this happen when i have done nothing wrong. I need this reverted and I do not know how to move forward given EA's apparently horrible support system. Any help would be amazing because as I said before this is ridiculous.

  • @Chuck_DiLo Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

    All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

    It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3. Sadly if you have already put in 3 appeals, its likely that the ban is permanent.

    @OldTreeCreeper Yes that is what I have been told but every time I file a dispute they do not give me any information. They have yet to tell me what I did and just say that the ban will not be reversed. Which is ridiculous because how can I be banned if they can not even tell me what I did. Thus I know that there is some way to get in contact with someone from TOS team directly. And I need this situation to be resolved.

  • @Chuck_DiLo Check your email for details about your ban. But you need to know - if you were toxic player and insulted players thru the game chat, well, ToS team paid you a visit and there's no unban. They don't care how much money you spent, even if you spent 500k , they don't care.

    As was pointed out by @OldTreeCreeper we can't help with ban appeals here on the forum. You'll need to appeal your ban through our Terms of Service team.


    If your appeal is denied you can appeal again, however there is nothing further we can do here on the forums.
