Are all the top Apex streamers Frauds?

I just noticed this when watching Aceu on youtube, he never uses the same name and is always playing wraith with easily acquirable skins, which leads me to believe that he starts new accounts all the time, therefore gaming the matchmaking system so he plays against the easiest possible opponents in every match, every season. This is the ultimate form of SMURFING and makes all of us who are LEGIT players who use 1 account have a worse experience playing APEX.

For anyone out there who makes new accounts just to make the game easier to play, SHAME ON YOU, you are honestly Worse than the Hackers I come across.

@SILVERisSORRYHe’s using the same account just changing the names. You can see that from the banner and the badges. He’s playing a lot of ranked lately and changing the name everyday. I doubt that he has 10 pred accounts that are smurf accounts.

@SILVERisSORRY Many change their names a lot. Some have lots of accounts but not most of the top streamers.

I do agree the multiple account practice to farm new players should not be allowed. But it is. Apex only considers it smurfing if you use a new count and throw games to get the easiest lobbies over and over.

@SILVERisSORRY You easily can notice his account level which is 500. This means it is not a new account at all and the stats on his account or accounts would drastically not even allow him in lower-end lobbies.

People like Faide as an example change his name every time he logs in.

Actually it is, the report smurf is for reporting the people who keep making new accounts all the time to prey on the newbies. That said its allowed to have an alt so its walking a fine line here.

@Cheese9Man I see your point, but regardless if Not a smurf account, then by changing names it makes players who don't have the money to change their name on console, create smurf accounts instead.

I promise you in like 99% of all online games the "report smurf" is just there to make you feel better. Never once with multiple friends across different games either being the smurf or reporting a smurf has anyone ever got banned or got feed back from getting someone else banned. Has someone ever got a temporary ban from smurfing? I am sure. But I promise you no one is getting banned for smurfing.

@ZkepzNo, the smurf button is there for the exact reason I said. It is for people that make a new account, have a big game and then throw games over and over so they can do that again.

we had an example here earlier with a guy wondering why he had hardware ban and from what I could see he specialized in playing level 1s, so dunno, perhaps smurfing by the proper definition also counts....
