Got masters after hitting (supposedly) the pred cap, used apexlegendsstatus.com as a source for the first split and it still says masters, this is for arenas. Did I hit the pred cap or was this just a bug from Arena's ranked rewards system?
@mtd_epic I have no answer for you, other than that the tracker sites can be pretty unreliable for various reasons. I just wanted to congratulate you on your accomplishments. That's a hell of a lot of games played. Grind on!

If you're really sure that you earned the spot but the game withheld it, it might be worth your time trying to get a dev's attention via twitter. PlayApex and all the individual devs who post on twitter, ping 'em all! If it happened to you, it's probably affecting other players as well.
