Finally I was unbanned my Apex Legends account

I'm sorry, English isn't my native language, so I'm using a translator. so 

It is difficult to explain in detail what I want to say.

Honestly, I am afraid that this post of mine might have a negative impact on my account.

If this were to happen to me again, especially and English is not native language

it is nearly impossible to solve the problem. i'm lucky guy this time

but i am writing this for the future of EA and Apex Legends.

My final reappeal was rejected on March 25th (I was banned on March 11th.I filed reappeals 10times).

A few days later Someone from EA contacted me via email (I will not disclose his name and email address as it could cause problems.)

 and I explained my situation to him. He thoughtfully understood my circumstances and passed the message on to the relevant team.

And unbanned my Apex Legends account. finally, i can access the game. yes i'm really lucky guy And I am so happy to play apex legends. 

but  in this forum, there are so many people in the same situation as me, but There are still people who are banned.  I am worried about them.

Someone might be lying. But someone else probably isn't

EA must acknowledge and resolve this issue. This is for the sake of EA's future.

well  Anyway, I'm able to play the game again. I hope the same happens to everyone else who was banned but didn't cheat.
