Arenas win streak badge

So I did a bit of googling and this badge is apparently still in the game but I've noticed... My account doesn't have the badge whatsoever? The tracked one I mean, I have an Arenas win streak of 11 (achieved in season 13). I'm just wondering if I'm being silly and this badge has actually been fully removed, if this badge was only applicable via ranked arenas or if I just never received this badge for some reason....
