Ballistic Abilities

He seems pretty good, he might change the Meta in Apex competition ? What do you guys think ?

@asukojo So it looks like his Tactical is the Smart Bullet that causes enemy weapons to malfunction and his Ultimate is some version of the Titanfall Smart Pistol.
