@E9ine_AC The difference is those legends you mention interrupt gunplay completely or for themselves which leaves them vulnerable. The old man makes you completely vulnerable but he can still rush you and kill you. The ability seems to last forever now and I swear I can only fire 3 or 4 bullets. I literally have to run every time I'm hit.

The one thing he has going for him why anyone plays him is because he is the best 1on1 legend in the game. Sure the ult is cool and all but his passive is quite underwhelming.
@BallisticMVP tbh i hardly even see anyone playing Ballistic in my lobbies anyhow. Which is why I never found his abilities to be troubling on my end. He just doesn't exist for most players. Very rare to run into them in my lobbies.
@BallisticMVP I never said I wanted to nerf him. I said I'm for a rework to make him viable to defensible. The OP is a ballistic main and he's the one that started this topic.
@BallisticMVP i wouldn’t consider it a nerf, i honestly feel like it has equal capabilities. Its just not as annoying to counter, even though it can punish you just as hard
@BeamMeUp47 But you would essentially take one of his greatest features away and that is to stop the oneclipping. I don’t know I love his tactical because an enemy can’t oneclip me
