Ban bug

apexlegend and Eahelp team, open your eyes and take a good look. What I wrote here is that there is no ban record, but when I log in to the game, it shows a ban. It has been six months and it has not been resolved. There is no channel to appeal to me, and posting on the community is only a symbolic inquiry without a solution to the problem. It's really disappointing!
