I've used for 2-3 days when i know this glitch so i can understand they want punish me...But permaban when is full on cheaters is very ridicolous?
The assistence say NOTHING just i'm permabanned...After i spent 100euro on this game i was hoped to receive more consideration .
and the drew mccoy is a lyer!!!
They say : " If you used this exploit excessively you are only temporarily banned and we are working on sending out additional information for those who were banned" but is false ..after one week i felt betrayed from the Respawn.
Ive got perm too. Used it for a few days from plat 1 to dia 4. I've spent over 125 euros, opened two tickets, about how long is the ban, but only got a response that they can't give me information about ban length, and they did the right steps.
Also there is my perma bann mail.

I did wrong, I cheated, used an exploit, now I demand answers and my money back.
There’s no grey area here, it’s either white or black.
I guess i'm old school, cause I have no sympathy for cheaters.
