Bannable teaming?

Hi, got a question regarding teaming. 

I had a duos match on Olympus where the random and I ran into 3 teams in the PF ring tbagging and being friendly, so we joined in. Towards endgame we were a total of 6 teams that were friendly and the last team we ran into was a sweaty duo who didn't like the tbag and tried to fight and kill people and they got killed. There was no damage boosting, no kill trading or anything else apart from that, basically just tons of zips and pads to mess around.

Last team that wasn't friendly messaged they recorded and will report us to get us banned for teaming. Is this an actually bannable offense? I've tbagged friendlies every single time cause it's just a fun little time out but never had anyone threaten with reports before so I'm curious lol

    @BiteMyThoast Technically because you guys killed a team then yes what you did was banable. I would have reported you too.

    @BiteMyThoast yes, teaming is a bannable offense(temporary perhaps). T bagging friendlies is different from 6 team shooting at one squad, even if the duo was the first to shoot as they don't have any obligation. I don't know what will happen but good luck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @BiteMyThoast You'll find out sooner rather than later. Here's hoping they let you off with a slap on the wrist.

    The only thing that could possibly save you is that you didn't queue into the match with this intention or actively seek out and destroy other teams as a pack.

    I can kind of understand what you were trying to do, like when teams would sit on the sidelines in Battlefront and let individuals 1v1 each other, etc. The problem is that this is a game with 20 teams, not just a few, so you're effectively ruining it for other teams that do want to play and win.

    Eh, it's beyond obvious it's not something planned ahead, random first game of the day, only thing we did when we ran into a team was tbag and recruit them lol, except the last one.

    Guess I'll see soon enough indeed. Definitely never accepting friendly tbags ever again though, lol!

    @BiteMyThoast I doubt you'll get into trouble for this if it's a one time thing. But if you're constantly doing it or teaming up with friends every round.. Then yeah you could get into some trouble for it.

    There have been instances in which I have shown mercy to a random solo player who's tea bagging. Sometimes they follow our squad the entire match but don't get involved in the fighting. If they do that, when I make it top 2, we box to decide who's winning.

    I found one guy a few weeks ago on their own. He was desperate for placement. So I let him tail us the entire match. When it hit top 2 he had a Kraber and tossed in down wanting me to do a trick shot on him.

    I think when it's more playful messing around here or there you'll be alright. But if it's constant and you're running the gaming experience for everyone, then yeah you could get into some trouble.

    Hell no it's not constant. I do normally respect the friendly tbag cause while I do have high stats, I'm not a complete sweat lord and do take the game lightly instead of trying to destroy everythng in sight lol. Games normally go the same as you described, if they follow to end game we box it out. 

    I've never even had an instance where so many teams were friendly, don't think anybody was thinking twice before shooting the last team that killed 2 and kept shooting after everyone tried to tbag lol, nobody wanted to have their fun ruined. After that team died everyone went back to tossing down pads and making zips, just jokes all around. 

    I'll be pretty shook if this leads to a ban cause it's really nothing compared to the real boosting people do but you never know I guess

    Honestly, I'd be pretty ticked if I stumbled onto one of those rare pubs parties and one team had to take themselves so seriously as to try to ruin it.

    How did your match end up finishing up?  Because we all know that all good things must come to an end!  I'm hoping it was sudden complete carnage.

    Yeah, wouldn't be an issue here. You can tbag towards me all you want, I'm gonna shoot you. You wanna punch? I'm gonna shoot you. If I wanted to punch I'd play NHL. If I were on the other team I'd come in guns blazing too.

    Oh, there was one time where I played around with a solo Loba, but that was on Arenas, she was 1v3, and there were no other teams in the game anyway.
