What's the point of a report about an early exit from a match?

Having played for some time and reporting hundreads of players the only "We took action based on your report" emails I have received are for toxic chat / VC.
Those I have received about 10-20.

I have encountered few blatant rage hacks and reported but not received the email. So with that information I can draw conclusion that inappropriate behaviour is the only reporting function thats actually working. 

Man, they care *, accept that !

I am beyond fed up with selfish immature players who don't even deserve to be called "team mates" because they leave early before you can respawn them - people who do that repeatedly should lose their right to have team mates added to their squad/join other squads because it's simply too disrespectful to other players on your team to just leave and not give your team mate a chance to respawn you.  The company who made the game is literally named "Respawn"

I'm so sick of it doing nothing when you report these disrespectful jerks who leave the game early.
