    Specific details aren't provided on how you were cheating. You're welcome to dispute the ban again by following the steps in this article.

Customer Service replied to me. I've added the screenshot. It's so sad that they don't provide any information.

    It's easy to judge someone without any investigation. What I want from EA is to give me some detail about this cheat, like when exactly happened? or which tool I was using (!) 

    This is just unfair and, well, I don't care anymore. It has been four months, I just wanted to give it a shot one more time.
