Banned for cheating but didn't cheat.

I have not done anything against the rules of the game, But my account was banned for no reason.He didn't even tell me why my account was blocked.I later discovered that my account had many badges and achievements that I didn't have, as well as login records from the day I was banned. I found that my account had an abnormal login without my permission.I appealed again and told him all about the matter and all the evidence and information I could provide. But the staff just told me to wait, and my appeal failed.I can't understand how a game company with no integrity can take over the market.I suffer from severe depression, and I feel very uncomfortable when he attacks. apex is a game that can help me relieve the pain, for which I have invested a lot of time and money. However, due to the closure of my account, my emotional instability and illness worsened.This is more than just an account ban, it's a game company that discriminates against our players. My friends, if you do not support me today, who will support you in the future when you encounter these problems

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • it happened to me too and I had to create another account, they never gave me an explanation and I was told that it was just like that...

    Let's resecure your account if you haven't already.

    This article will provide some steps that can help with locking out users that shouldn't be logged into your account: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

    Next to that, it's highly recommended to enable 2FA to keep out malicious users: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/ea-login-verification-information/


    Do note that account security is the responsibility of the account holder, it's something that shouldn't be taken lightly.

    You can open another ticket if you feel like they haven't looked into your case properly, though if they've asked you to not submit any further tickets on this matter, please respect that choice.
    If they decide to uphold the ban then the decision will most likely be permanent.

    I know this sucks a lot, though I do hope this shows that account security is an important matter that should not be cast aside.
