If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

I've already attempted to dispute the ban, and get a refund multiple times but customer service has replied with an extremely generic copy paste response each time. Either the messages weren't looked at or they were ignored.
The website also stops allowing you to process anything related to refunds as soon as you are banned, has EA provided any means to refund outside of the bank?
