I don't know if I'm just confused and a bit lost here, but can someone please explain the following:
I get 2 weeks suspension for harassment, for something I wrote in chat about a player in THE ENEMY SQUAD.
This means that the person that I was having a go at, couldn't even read it.
And the reason why I had a go at the player, is because Respawn still can't / won't handle smurfs.
So, I have two following questions:
1. How can you harass someone that cannot possibly read whatever is found offensive?
2. Every time someone gets wrongly suspended or banned, we get asked to contact support.
But I would really like to know how to make sense of the support, and how they will help me with a 2-week suspension when support informs me that they will get back to me in about one month.
Less comic series, legend backgrounds and badges with political agendas, and more work on the fundamentals of the game, please.
