Banned for seemingly no reason
I was banned for what seems like little to no reason at all from Apex Legends, I was pretty much gone ever since the game's popularity dropped off. I may have played 1-4 games at most in between the whole year, but other than that I did not really play the game much or at all really.
just around last week I tried to play the game again but I was immediately hit with a message "The client's game account has been banned: Banned" upon trying to load into a game. It does not give any insight as to why I have been banned nor have any of the support options that have been listed by EA... And I have tried sending 2 emails for them to be ignored, and there seem to be 0 other options other than the site just giving links to go back and forth until you end up making another attempt at an email again.
I do not really know what else to do other than to just throw this out there, and I know that there more than likely will not be any outcome of this, but it is frustrating, to say the least.
I did not ever cheat, I swear I barely expressed any toxicity especially not enough for an entire ban, I only left games where I died and my team of randoms would just ignore my banner entirely+ being rude/toxic towards me...
I do not know what else would cause me to get banned but I do not think it was a fair decision and to also get ignored on top of very lacking 'Contact Support' options is very frustrating for me.
Please can I just play this game or at the very least have some communication via the attempts of my appeals through email.

Sorry to hear you haven't heard back from your case.
Just to confirm, have you followed the steps given here to appeal your ban.Some email responses can get routed to the junk, spam, or promotional/social folders for some email providers.
