Apex needs more social features and a stronger sense of community
Aside from issues related to legend balance, the number of legends, weapon and map updates etc. (all important things), in my opinion, Apex really only needs a few things to become "the game":
- More lore updates (it's more enjoyable to play in a world that feels alive)
- More balanced ranks with fewer resets and more rewards for ranked players, with a system that encourages improvement
- Public server predator leaderboards and a hall of fame (Are we talking about the most watched televised sport in the Apex universe, or not?)
- Bring back Clubs with more settings and dedicated challenges or tournaments for ranked players
- Small seasonal tournaments that require group registration to participate
- Expand the shooting range's potential to create a sort of sandbox where you can meet up with lots of people
- At the end of a Battle Royale match, see the podium statistics (at last the last 3 teams)
- Different and faster game modes, like 3v3 Arenas (but with heavy penalties for abandoning)[Personally, I really liked them]
In my opinion, more Above all, the game is missing a lot of sociality and a sense of community... these are just thoughts and ideas.
Apex has so much wasted potential, I hope some dev or person behind the project reads this post and gets inspired.
