@WarwickStephensSorry to hear you got banned for nonsense like that.

The support has not really a good trackrecord of helping people for nonsense bans. Enjoy their copy pasta responses.

Either let the game be or make a new account but i highly advise you to not spend a single coin on this or any ea game until they fix their policies.

This is... on Star Trek online the chat is capable of changing a banned word into #+(!? whenever one is typed. It seems to me that EA want people to get banned, or they would implement a system as simple as that. It is impossible to know beforehand which words are banned without a complete list of said words, which I have requested before and got ignored. They apparently like to keep it a secret and just hand out bans. Ergo: EA game, best to say and type nothing at all.
