Banned for using game filter tools
I have been repeatedly appealing, but have not received a response. The filter tool is just a tool to enhance visual effects, not cheating software. Lastly, I want to know if this is considered a violation of the agreement or viewed as cheating? I have placed the website of the tool below, hoping to receive a fair response, and I hope the staff will see this and review it to lift my ban. This is a game that I have invested a lot of time and money into, and I do not want to be wrongfully banned so easily and for no reason.

We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but our ToS team can check back into this through an appeal. I see you've created a couple already and the Terms of Service team has replied to all but the most recent.
You can check back on your previous cases here in case those responses were missed.
We wouldn't be able to comment on a particular program, but generally speaking if one is allowing you to do anything you can't do in-game with the current settings, and/or you're getting an additional benefit from it that others do not, it could absolutely fall under cheating.
Please be sure to check the replies in your case history to keep an eye out for the most recent appeal as well. Our Terms of Service team would be the only one able to remove or change an account action.
