Banning not showing effects...

You can ban a million cheaters, but it won't matter if they all go and make new accounts right after. They laugh at you because of how easy it is, its insane how many new level 20's are running around right now with perfect aim and esp. And worse than that are the level 400+ that are cheating and still running around with their heirlooms. You gotta fix this, this is why people quit, and you don't make money from new accounts with a free game, the cheat developers do from these people.
