S-Tier : Wraith, pathfinder, Ocatane

A-Tier : Lifeline, Bangalore, Blood hound

B-Tier : Mirage

F-tier : Caustic, Gibraltar

Everything is viable it's only depending on your playstile and skill it's just more easy for some legends

This list is from experience and sort of just for fun. No quick research.

Normally tiers are more accurate but I'ma do a full list. I guess this list is a combo of team effectiveness and kill potential.

1. Lifeline
2. Wraith
3. Octane
4. Pathfinder
5. Bangalore
6. Bloodhound
7. Mirage
8. Gibraltar
9. Caustic

I think they are all pretty usable but two stand out that are bad, Gibralter and Caustic and two which are really good, lifeline and Wraith. I think this is mainly due to hit box sizes.
That being said my favourite legends in order are:

Bloodhound
Octane
Pathfinder
Wraith
Lifeline

The rest I don't even bother using.
