Just been running it on max and it's great, well over 60fps on a 5 year old PC rig just below the recommended specs.
Then again i'm current watching shroud tear people up so might try his settings, lol
Ninja is playing on high settings as well and he is winning almost every game as well:

If you like the game on high settings and it runs well just stick with them in my opinion.
