Best Apex Legends Settings in your opinion?

I don't think you should just follow whatever streamer has their settings at. You should just try to max your FPS based off whatever hardware you have (if you are trying to be more competitive).

I have similar settings to what shroud has I guess but with a few differences. I maxed out FOV and have Effects and Ragdolls on high. I get 120+ fps on average. I might play with the settings some more to see if they really make a difference.

Agreed. It's just much easier for me to follow what these "pro" players are using since I don't want to figure the settings out myself.
