I actually didn't suspect BH cheating, he seems normal to me, that's why I only report Gibby.

So If he really Solo Queue and got paired with cheater he had no control off, I think BH might be wrongly ban based on 3rd claim.

Note:

I don't have access for 1st and 2nd claim, so no comment on that.
