That's it exactly. It's just pubs now. With even worse matchmaking. My squadmates just flail along, one gets downed by a bot, the other revives, then they switch places. Then they meet the live players in the match and are deleted instantaneously. Then I quit. Come to think of it, that's exactly how pubs worked for the last... twenty seasons. Thought I could get away from it all in bots, and for a while I could. Now it's just another Apex dumpster fire. Swing and a miss, Respawn. Swing and a miss.

The lower end of the Types have largely churned out, and the Type 1s need content for their streams or they will stop advertising it.

Thus, worse matchmaking and putting actual opponent players in Bot Royale. They are also having to add bot squads to Wildcard, as clearly identified by my killing of the same "player" near the outer ring EIGHT times in the same match, cause it kept coming back at me like it knew right where I was before I tracked down the other two bots to make it stop.

I regretted re-installing on the PS4 for the Gundam event (oh wow was the Buster Rifle Busted, and we KNOW it will make a comeback) and will not miss it now that the event is over.

But hey, the Bots in Wildcard is the reason I have a season with a 0.95 KDR for the first time ever. Prior record was 0.52 (when Valk released and I was able to take advantage that apparently aim assist apps didn't work with "up" that well).
