@Pulvertomten Fortnite has bots, and they are VERY distinctive in their behavior, Lol!! I've never seen anything remotely close in Apex, and I've seen some..... randoms
My Apex buddy, who I often refer to, loves to keep detailed records of things. He's been coaching me, via screen share, in solo queue sessions this season. His own stats, he has broken down by category Some figures from both of our solo queue data:
Mine: KDR 2.2, my random team mates .39
Him: KDR 3.6, his random team mates .57
To keep this data clean, these numbers were adjusted to not count any games left before being boxed. Very interesting results! Both of our KDR's significantly lower when we queue together, which could be ( I believe it already is) the subject of another thread. While solo queue can be annoying and feel like it's unfair, clearly we both get much better results when we solo queue instead of as a pre-made.
I feel like actual Bots (like, a pair of the robots from the IMC armories) would be better than most teammates I used to get.
Heck, that could be a neat QOL update - if your teammates disconnect before being actually killed, they get replaced with a bot...
Since it's been brought up, honestly this last month or so I've had far fewer team mates leaving games than I used to.
