Bots in the game?

Not having anything near your level. But occasionally I encounter games that have like 8-13 squads right at the start. Sometimes my squadmates just quit immediately before drop (I became very suspicious since all their names are just random strings of numbers and letters and they spam their Chinese QQ contacts in chat in the picking phase). And every time that happens there's guarantee to be a squad with a cheater.
By now I'm pretty sure that someone is intentionally flooding the server with bot accounts to artificially lower the number of players for faster matches (Easier for boosters to farm levels). I'll even link a video but be careful it's loud:
