Anyway - I fixed it thanks to some help on reddit. Launch commands to unlock FPS max and refresh rate to monitor hz as well as forcenovsync. Works perfectly again.

you have 4 options

1- go back to the old pc

2- buy new gear/pc

3- use macro

4- not bhop
