bought the spotlight pass for loba and am so disappointed

i spent so much time for the challenges and everything and im actually so mad because i was happy with any skin i would have gotten from the pack and of course with my luck I get the worst one the supreme lupine one like why would i want my loba looking like some robotic alien like is there anyway I can get a refund or something for 1000ac too like i literally got scammed ANY other skin and I would have been so happy but like are you jokinggggggg I am so mad bruh i want a refund

    guirgo0310​ Sadly, once you buy something in-game, there is no refund or exchange. 

    Furthermore, any item obtained from an Apex Pack(s) is random, (which means that if the reward was guaranteed, the game would of shown the reward by itself in the rewards track).

    i managed to get petty theft and couldnt even believe my eyes knowing the luck that i have in apex

    i actually think that is what it is because a guy bought the octane pass and he got the ugliest skin too so

    they do not care at all about it , don't worry, i got the haute hoplite and don't use it at all, i bet they used a dumb ahh algorithm so they give us skins with lowest use rate xddd
