Hmm after reading through this thread I've had some ideas to add to some I had beforehand. Everyone is suspected of being the traitor in here from the use of tones and speech, but everyone has a fair amount to gain from working with loba.
Lifeline- her family would answer to their war crimes.
Gibraltar- funding for his rescue operations.
Pathfinder- clues to his creator or his creators idtendtity immediately.
Wraith- clues to her past, this dimension as we've learned not being her original one things would differ from her dimension. Or a way back to her original dimension to help the wraith that helped her.
Bangalore- a way home, and maybe answers to the fate of her brother.
Caustic- of course the gaea incident.
Mirage- care for his mother.
Crypto- revenge on the syndicate.
These next few are harder to answer but maybe you can think of better reasons.
Octane- money for new stunts, or to take care of business with his family.
Bloodhound- a way to take care of his people since world's edge is essentially bloodhounds home and looks to have been bought or taken by the syndicate and destroyed by hammond robotics. (Which by the way how do you think he feels about that.)
Wattson- funding for new inventions.
The traitor uses phrases and words that the other legends use:
Chica, je no se quoi, an independent variable, felagi fighter, and bruddah.
Suggesting the traitor knows the legends well enough to respond as they would and since the games are broadcasted all over the outlands that could be any fan.
But my theory for a more likely culprit is someone in the syndicate, a spy who works with the legends before a game. Or an IMC spy most likely what's left of the ares division. Either way they could alert revenant in attempts to cover their tracks and get rid of him in the other dimension.
Or perhaps its next season's legend.
Or get ready for a crazy thought. It's forge coming back as a cyborg to get revenge on revenant.
