Bust Shield No Need !

@strrsljeen Are you advocating that we remove blue and purple Shields from ground loot and instead just level up our off drop armor?

@DethMetalMilkMan yes if we r all the same and have white shield when we drop to fight and have 2 small shield bats and 2 small meds and
white - next evo - 150
blue - next - 300
purple 750

thats fine wiht me

but when u find purple u only need 750 until red 🙂

that is one more bad thing with shields its not fair to players
like its not fair for him to have purple couse he had luck to find one

@strrsljeen Imagine a pred hot drops in pubs, kills everyone, levels up his Shields, someone finally kills him with 1 wingman shot cause he was already low from the fights.
That person takes the preds Armor.
Did they use skill to get that shield, or were they lucky?
It's the same RNG as finding a shield off drop.
Same as finding a gold r301 off drop. Or a favoured weapon.
There are too many variables that it's best to leave it as is.
They did try evo Shields only for a time a couple seasons back, and that was pretty muhh what folks did. They hid in corners while fights played out, then finished the main fighters off.
With Armor being in the loot pool it encourages people to roam and risk fights.
Evo Shields only slows down play.

@strrsljeen No thank you. This is part of the game. There are known locations to get better shields before a fight if that is the reason you believe you always lose a fight.

@DethMetalMilkMan imagine i m predator and i say its not fair to players for me to find purple and the wurst part is that the game does not have balance for me who is 200 legendary lvl to play with guy who is 50 lvl first u need to fix game balance then u can add item like that ..... and not to talk about smurf ... they learn to play \! then bust shield if u place busting then lets bust not find ...
