Two weeks later and I still cannot find a ranked match. I am able to find matches on the Singapore servers but cannot on the Sydney servers.
I even went to the trouble of creating a new account and levelling it up to 20 and can’t find a ranked match on that account either.
I’m really not sure what else to try, I’ve tried deleting cache on steam, deleting and reinstalling, downloaded on the EA app rather then steam and created a new account but nothing seems to be working.I have spoken to EA help 10+ times and they have assured me there is no ban and there is nothing they can do on their end.
@Wicckm Nevermind I see you said steam so there's no crossplay option.
What time of day do you play? If you get games on other servers it's likely not an account thing.
I generally play when I finish work, any time between 5pm-9pm and also on weekends at all different times.
The servers are definitely populated as my duo has no issues finding matches when he queues solo but as soon as he tries to party up with me on either my main account and new account, we never find matches.
