I have the exact same problem and every time I try to talk to someone from EA I’m litterally ignored, I used to play this game on console and loved it but I can’t even get a game on pc.
this is ridiculous and EA is doing nothing to help. This has been an issue for years not and they don’t care. WE CANNOT PLAY THE GAME. Useless company.
