Can hear enemy quips sometimes, and enemies were able to text chat

@Chaython as far as I know, pc can test chat but whatever you type it will show tot he whole lobby
Text chat is only meant to show to squad/lobby not to everyone in the match.
This is the first time I've seen an enemy's text chat.
