Can hear enemy quips sometimes, and enemies were able to text chat

@Chaython Yeah, It's normal to hear enemy quips- I use a wide range of them for striking fear into my enemies...
@StarMystro It isnt quips. It is actually people either talking or using text chat. I've heard both.
