Can I get a ALGS Participant Badge?

Hello. I am planning to participate in the pre-season qualifier for ALGS YEAR 4. I would like to get a participant badge, can anyone get one just for participating? Are there any conditions other ...

Hi, last year I took part in the ALGS qualifiers and I have yet to receive the in-game ALGS participation badge. Am I missing something?

    it wasn’t issued last year, only Y2 and now Y4
