Can I have my Wraith heirloom transferred to my steam PC account

I had my nintendo account with an heirloom but I gave my nintendo to my cousin's bc they had no game console so I gave it to them so they had something to play games on, and I wanna know if I can have my Wraith heirloom transferred to my pc account on steam

@2kCyrus no its not possible as cross progression isn't in the game yet.
