Can i link console apex account to pc?

I'm sorry but EA is too overly complicated to understand and my brain is small

I just want to know can i merge my accounts after the recent crossplay update? I want to move from xbox to pc/steam so is it possible to transfer my stuff over from console to pc????? Like i literally do not understand how to link everything together
