WRONGFUL BAN

HOW do I contact EA? I got banned for ONE slur word for a week, while defending myself from a bully that was slurring at the team for a whole game in VC. This banned happened without a warning or anything, totallly unreasonable. Seems to me that the person who was slurring at the team recorded the convo and only sent the part where I said ONE thing back at him OR he has connections to EA banning... I have not found a live chat or anything to TALK ABOUT THIS MATTER, so infuriating.

Hello Barry, I just got an automated response there :) not any ANSWERS to my questions or nothing at all, so no help. What now??
