Can someone fill me in on what’s happening?

@pandareno1999 I watched the video in the Reddit thread you mentioned. I was amazed to find out later that this Albralelie actually had some influence on the design of ranked this Season.
In the video he says "I hate to drop the **** of reality on a lot of people, but if you're a 'hard stuck' Plat 4 or D-4, you're not good, man - like, really bad."
Now he's rying to row back on that, saying solo players deserve a better game?
Well, why involve people like him in the design of the game in the first place, when he holds such elitist and, frankly, nasty views about players who on the whole just want to enjoy the game and feel a sense of accomplishment? People like that always start flip-flopping when they get pulled up.
I have watched some of his videos and I can see he is an excellent player in an excellent team. But most players are not great at the game and they don't have the regular teammates. There's no need to rub salt in their wounds and take away whatever enjoyment they do get. Give them a lift not knock them down. These game has a lof of improvements needed. It's just arrogant to think it doesn't.
