What world of warcraft made long time ago, just make premade squads quee with another premade squads and random quee with random. That for starters would be good
Levels yes, kills no. Kills on this game mean absolutely nothing seems as it takes team effort to kill. Who ever gets last hit gets the stat. Damage for me would be a better match making stat. You can't last hit high damage, you can't steal damage and that damage is purely your effort not effected by others
