Can we nerf Horizon already

Her tactical need to be 30-35 sec. its a silent grapple and gives your whole team a huge advantage and negates Gibraltar and Bangalore ults when she's in the air. that tactical should not be 15sec....

@WreckingVi I thought the nerf was in the latest patch rather than S8? I haven't played her in a while to notice tbh.

@Eye_of_Horus_O2 Her tactical is very loud? Surely Gibbys tactical still hits? (Tho I haven't tested it).

@GH0STEDbyME The nerf was on her ult CD, Tactical CD comes season 8. They said, they made it short for players to master it, they know it is strong. so prob goes up to 10 to 15 secs.

@WreckingVi Nope it says in the patch notes that the gravity lift CD was change from 16 to 21.

@WreckingVi No the nerf they just did was the tactical. They raised the cooldown.

  @hayhor Funny thing is people only think its too fast because of how long she is in the air. They dont take into account ok this abilitity has been thrown and horizon has been above in the air floating for 10 seconds by time we land its up again in 6 seconds. So to be tech its no diff then octane stem run time and repop time.
  
  Math is everything to me with any game at all. The timing is darn near equal now. People just forget the levitate time that makes it seem so much quicker.

  @hayhor oh, then it could go even higher. Also there was a discussion about her ult and sound issue. I mistook that with nerf :S

    @WreckingVi Her tactical is still gonna get nerfed. Might possibly be her hitbox as well.
