There are tons of players tons of pros that abuse those things and haven't gotten ban so far. Is it because the are pros? Who knows.
There are also lots of cheaters going on that don't get banned, but apparently if you use game mechanics to you advantage you will get banned.
So it's clear to say EA have no idea who they are going to ban.

@KarvaRausku I guess if you keep spending money on the game the probability you get banned decreases
