Can you get someone banned for using strike pack mods?

This aimbot, no recoil mods are unreal on console right now and I have a clip of someone very clearly using one through the game. Does that count as a bannable offense?

@chiefthunderball it should be something that you get a ban for doing it but i think the issue is they can not detect it as they are ( cheaters) using devices that emulate controller input so the anti cheat program can't differentiate between someone who is cheating and someone who is really going in controlling recoil .
they might be able to do so with monitoring and looking for repeating patterns .
