If you like it fine but Wildcard ruined the game and I absolutely DESPISE it. If there is an event, people are going to play Wildcard and if I want to get the badges/rewards, I have to play it.
Can I just play any game mode and still get the rewards? I came back after a month and this event is absolutely awful. I only play events or a few games here and there, so if you're going to force me to play it, they I will just stop playing Apex. Thanks.
I agree... Wildcard has killed this BR game.
If it weren't for Wildcard, I probably wouldn't be playing Apex anymore.
When I try to play pubs every so often, EVERY time my teammate gets downed, they immediately quit. It's impossible to play like that unless penalties are applied.
No, I won't force myself to look for two teammates for the game, because that's not what it should be about.
Im glad there are some that enjoy wildcard to avoid the death run that is the current BR especially pubs.... however for guys like my that are season 0 players... wildcard destroyed what we loved most - a battle royal game. Since the birth of wildcard, its apparent that respawn gave up on the BR mode, completely... and in doing so, spat in the faces of all the players who were the reason Apex was so successful and, were also the back bone to the billions it made.
How is anybody "forcing" you to play wildcard. Objectives I don't want to do... I just don't do. Don't submit to FOMO.
Also, if Wildcard is sucking players away from BR then maybe there is a message there. So what you are literally saying is you want to ban a mode people want to play so they play BR to make you happy. It's all about you.

I asked to make the badges and rewards earnable Via any game mode. That's it. Get an eye exam. Wildcard is only "popular" because it made getting badges and kills easier, rendering them pointless.
Respawn's neglect of BR is the reason for this. Saying there's a message is incredibly ignorant. No one is taking away your Wildcard nor banning it. What are you even talking about?? You are making it all about YOU. Lame.

Respawn had years to add a quit penalty in BR. In Wildcard, players are now quitting at the same rate as BR. No one is forcing you to play BR, I just said the challenges be universal for each mode. Book and eye exam.
I agree that the sold out to create an unbalance, annoying chaos mode. Wildcard isn't saving the game, players will not stick around. I'm no longer supporting it.
