Cannot submit an ban appeal. Tried every solution under the sun.
I started playing Apex a few days ago. After just 2-3 days of playing I got a permanent ban, affecting my entire EA account. No explanation given. I understand I cannot prove it, but I haven't used any cheats, offensive language, had no prior warnings or bans/restrictions, etc.
I tried appealing the ban, but I always get an error saying the case was not created and prompting me to try again after a few hours. I have tried again for several days on different browsers, incognito mode, different devices, different networks, using VPN, not using VPN, etc.
I've also tried every possible way to contact EA, through webforms, chatbot recommendations, etc. I either get told my problem - both ban and case creation issue - aren't supported by advisors, or don't get the contact an advisor option at all. I've also tried creating an X (previouisly Twitter) account just to @ ea help, but it appears that account is either inactive or removed, so I deleted that X account now. I've tried literally everything at this point.
I created this current account only to post this forum post since I am unable to from my original one due to the global ban. I am reluctant to create a new account for the purpose of playing Apex again, due to the danger of having it banned without warning, since it may be seen as "Ban evasion". I have absolutely no way to contact support in any way to appeal the ban or report the case creation bug/problem. At this point, I plan or just abandoning EA titles as a whole forever, since apparently I can permanently banned for no reason without explanation or warnings, with no way to appeal or contact support. Overall, I have lost trust in the company due to these issues.
Any help would be appreciated. I know that EA don't have an email I can use, so I don't know what kind of help I can expect, but here goes.
PS: I have also tried everything from the third paragraph on this newly created EA account, with no success.
