can't scroll through loot
My scroll wheel is at the moment broken and I have looked into the settings for a way to rebind the scroll in lootboxes etc. Is there a way to do this or anything similar?

Welcome to the forum.
It is probably best to buy a new mouse. A cheap 15 dollar mouse will work just fine if you are currently cash strapped for a gaming mouse.
The scrollwheel counts as one tick, so even if you rebind it, you'd have to spam a button to scroll through it.
If you're cool enough to own controllers, you can use an analog input from thumbsticks or gas pedals (Or the steering wheel) from a racing setup via Joy2key to use as a scroll wheel.
Not sure if Joy2key is allowed though, so I can't really endorse it.
Replacing it is probably the best choice, you can always use the cheap replacement as a backup incase another one breaks.
I got the same issue today, it's so annoying. There is nothing, not a bar at the edges to slide to top or bottom, it is so frustrating to not be able to loot like before.
