Catalyst in the Firing Range - I just can't even...

@hayhor Yeah I'm taking the Lstar as one of my preferred secondaries this season so far. It's more consistent for me than the Volt now.  Though I did get shafted by the extra slow pickup/cocking animation when I 50/50'ed a loot spawn with an enemy yesterday.  Shotguns are dead to me for the time being until I get off of this map.

It's just occurred to me that this problem of hearing every single ability anyone else is using in the firing range lobby is probably heavily compounded by the new feature of letting everyone use all legends in the range.  It's almost unbearable wrt Catalyst.

I just finished a long Scout of action grind unhindered by any ability noises.  What a joy that was.  Unfortunately, I could only get within a couple points of my high score, despite the relative peace and being on a roll.  I'll have to settle for an 83 for the night's effort.

@Cheese9Man I mean, it seems we will always have all the bleed over from others in the range. Though I don't really remember ability noises being such as distraction until the last couple of seasons. I wish the sounds (and screen shake) could be completely contained within each player's instance of the range, though.  Holos and Nessies, fine - the rest is a terrible, unnecessary distraction.  Even the holos can be a pain depending on where people are placing them, because they make a lot of noise.  But I wouldn't want them gone, they're one of the big charms of the shared lobby.

When I want to practice seriously, I sometimes need to load into three or more firing range lobbies before I can find one that I can concentrate in.
